Good GP practice

I like to say how happy I'm with the Dr's and staff especially the receptionists who are polite and helpful. I have always had good treatment and follow ups and referrals made if they or I am concerned about my health. I find the Dr's very understanding and will always explain things through with you.

Getting an appointment can be stressful, long waiting times on the telephone and trying to get an appointment itself can be a nightmare. However I do understand sometimes this can't be helped.

My Recent Visit

I managed to get a same day appointment and was treated very politely by the doctor.

A few weeks ago I was referred for a scan on my foot and the doctor arranged a urgent scan. it was followed through and I was sent to the hospital for investigation -all dealt with very efficiently.

HELPFUL

Always helpful, sometimes have to wait for appointments despite calling at 8.00 am in the morning and appointments have gone. Doctors all lovely.
