Cancelling appointments

We understand that sometimes you may not be able to keep an appointment that you have booked, or may have to reschedule.

Please cancel your appointment via the Ask First/NHS Apps or call the practice on 020 3764 0664 and press # so that we can allocate that appointment to another patient.

Missed appointments waste time and money for the NHS and delay treatment of other patients.

Call NHS 111 before you go to pre-book an appointment or wait to be seen without an appointment at one of our GP Hubs in Central Croydon, Purley, or Parkway.


Appointment Information

All consultations are by appointment and each one lasts approximately 10 minutes, although longer appointments can be made if necessary. Please keep one appointment for one person and keep to time during the consultation otherwise subsequent patients will get very delayed.

You can usually choose which Doctor you would like to see but if you want an urgent appointment and your Doctor is busy, you may have to see someone else. Urgent cases will always be seen the same day.


However, if you wish to see a particular GP or Nurse of your choice, this cannot always be guaranteed.

We also offer same day telephone consultations, which can be booked by calling us at 8am Mon-Fri.

Early morning and late night appointments may be subject to change. Please confirm the times by calling the surgery.


Late Arrival For Appointments

 Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be seen and will need to re-book.
